If you or others are hurt in an accident, please call the emergency line 112 and provide as much information as possible. Once it is safe to do so, contact Live Operation and your Courier Coordinator.
If it’s a material damage with a company vehicle make sure to get the accident reported by the police.

- Personal damage means you or another individual are injured.
- Material damage means there is damage to an object/item, like an e-bike or a car.
