Broken vehicle

Try to fix your vehicle before your shift. In this way, we ensure that you have all the equipment your vehicle needs on duty.

If you are a hub based courier, inform LiveOps so a solution can be found.

If you are a remote/private courier, it is your own responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and that the equipment is clean. The vehicle allowance is also there for maintenance and repairs.

If the vehicle can’t be used on your shift due to damage and it’s not possible to find a replacement, you must provide proof of the damage and the repairs needed via the “Contact form” in the Scoober app.
