Changing and returning your equipment

1. Changing your equipment

It is possible to change your equipment if it is broken, can’t be cleaned or the size is wrong. You can change your equipment in the office or in the hub!
Reach out to your Courier Coordinator/teamleader with an explanation of why the equipment is to be changed.

REMEMBER to bring the equipment that needs to be changed.

Use the “contact form” in the Scoober app to arrange the replacement.

2. Return your equipment

If you stop working for Just Eat Takeaway.com, you must return all equipment in good condition.

Come by the office/hub to bring the equipment from the employment. If you are in doubt about how much it is, you can contact your Courier coordinator/team leader.

At the time of employment, we inform you about a deposit for company equipment, which you have the opportunity of getting back if you return all your equipment upon termination. The deposit is deducted from your first payslip and when you return your equipment after ending your employment, the deposit will be returned on your last payslip.
