Contact information

Below is an overview of the most used points of contact, as well as corresponding instructions for the correct contact. Relevant points of contact are individual and may depend on whether you work in a hub-based city or not.

Shifts and schedules

For questions about shifts and schedules, you can use the contact form in the app or send an email to Jylland/fyn team: [email protected] or for Sjælland team: [email protected]

  • Changing or updating your availability
  • Cancelling shifts
  • Not showing up to your shift

Overtime

For questions regarding overtime, contact Local Ops via chat or create a contact form. For further information, you can read more in the collective agreement under the section “overtime”.

Sickness

Inform us when you are sick – Local Ops/Courier Coordinator Team must be contacted as soon as possible by phone.

If you are sick, you need to call one of the following numbers between 09.00am and 09.20am:

Jylland/Fyn: +45 22950659 – Choose 2

Sjælland: +45 22950659 – Choose 1

Equipment

For questions regarding equipment, you must create a contact form in the app or send an email to [email protected].

These can be questions such as:

  • Vehicle malfunction
  • E-Bikes
  • Changing your equipment (for example different clothing size)
  • Returning your equipment after termination period
