In general, you should expect to work every other weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday all count as weekend shifts.
It is your own responsibility to think about whether you have other plans. This must be reported to the courier coordinator at least 6 weeks in advance. Being absent from your shift is not permitted and may result in a warning or termination.
If you are unable to attend your shift, please contact the Courier Coordinator team as soon as possible. It’s your responsibility that the message has been received and for an agreement to be made on the specific case.
