From time to time the Company may offer so-called “open shifts” which will be notified to the Courier through the Scoober App. Within the limits set forth in the CBA and Danish law, the Courier is free to accept any “open shift” by registering through the Scoober App at any time.
If you are available and want to work, you can take open shifts, which are posted as needed. You’re allowed to do this at any time.
Go to “Shift planning” in the app to check if there are any open shifts available. Open shifts are marked with a purple colour and in different time periods. Select the “check”-icon to see the different times on shifts. If you want to take one of the shifts, you must click on the “check”-icon again and then you will get the shift.
