Scheduling your holidays can be done via the Scoober app.
How to request your holidays
To schedule your vacation, you must do it via the Scoober App, under “Shift planning” and select the icon (the airplane in the upper right corner), as shown in the picture above. Then you send a direct request for your wish of vacation to your Courier Coordinator/team leader, who assesses whether it is possible for you to take your desired vacation.
When you request a vacation it is important to state how many days and how much vacation you plan to take during the year. the sooner you request, the better your chances of your courier coordinator/team leader being able to approve the vacation.
Couriers must schedule holidays with a minimum of 6 weeks advance notice. For Christmas holiday and summer holiday, a deadline will be provided by the Company which will be applicable.
