Couriers can request their holidays via the Scoober App by going to “Shift planning” and selecting the planned holiday dates. Couriers must schedule holidays with a minimum of 6 weeks advance notice. For Christmas holiday and summer holiday, a deadline will be provided by the Company which will be applicable.
