- Before your shift: Either at the Hub or your starting address, turn on the “Currently working” button (iOS) or “Play” button (Android).
- During your shift: Click “Job list” in the main menu to see your first order, and the subsequent orders that will come during your shift. Follow the route provided by the app for picking up the order and finding the customer’s address. Click “Done” after pick up and after delivering.
- After your shift: Once you’ve delivered your last order, turn off the “Currently working” button (iOS) or “Play” button (Android).
Worked overtime?
Sometimes an order can get delayed. For example, you may have had to wait longer than expected at a restaurant. If that is the case, let the Live Operation Agent know via the chat or the Courier Coordinator in the HUB and they will enter this information in the system, so you get paid for the extra time.
